This year, Afterglo is thinking bigger and greener for our annual community-wide celebration of Mother Earth. Earthday Everyday combines vibrant Southeastern music scenes and its radical environmental initiatives, with the ultimate goal of accomplishing a low-waste, high-impact festival, as well as raising money for Athens Land Trust through ticket sales.
We are ecstatic to be hosting a diverse myriad of playful, healing, and educational workshops during the daytime, then transitioning into a night of high-energy music and dance.
Empowerment of communities through music and healing arts has always been the founding principles of the festival––we invite you into this space with us, where imagining and planning a better future ourselves is possible. Together, we can challenge an industry and world that has become wasteful at its core. Let's commune for the greater purpose of peace, an achievement only possible through radical love, joy, and natural healing.
